Jerad McHenry is a senior from Onalaska, WI majoring in political science and journalism with emphases in both PR/advertising and reporting. Jerad slowly developed his passion for politics in high school culminating in an AP Government class he took his junior year. From then on, Jerad has been a political media junkie and keenly interested in policy and declared a major in political science as soon as he could after arriving at UW. He first became active with the College Republicans his freshman year. Since first joining the CRs, Jerad has interned for the Chad Lee for Congress campaign as well as The Founders Compass, a local tea party inspired netroots/social media start-up.
